All Eastway clients are allocated support at a high staffing ratio to enable a culture of positive development.
A person’s service structure may include educational support, leisure activities, therapeutic sessions such as hydrotherapy, health appointments and IT access, creative sessions such as art, drama, dance and music, domestic living skills and sensory sessions.
Clients are offered fully accessible minibuses as well as public transport to facilitate their activity choices and access the community in a meaningful way as part of their service package.
Eastway provides facilities to meet high personal care needs via our disabled bathrooms which have installed hoists, changing beds and rails.
All staff are fully trained and supported via our Workforce Development and Human Resources Managers who also ensure such training is appropriately refreshed. External trainers are also accessed for specific areas of expertise.
